Jayle is a qualified Myotherapist, having successfully studied her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and Remedial Massage at RMIT University. She has a strong interest in treating sporting injuries, postural issues, and both acute and chronic conditions.
Jayle integrates a wide range of techniques into her treatments, including soft tissue therapy, deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, sports massage, cupping, and dry needling. She is passionate about empowering clients through education, providing tailored home care exercises and treatment plans to support long-term health, recovery, and overall well-being.
